Carlsberg Beer Setup Comedy

This is a GREAT idea.  This calls for a Carlsberg.  Funny stuff.  The Carlsberg tough guys are pretty scary.  I was waiting for them to start throwing chairs.

Carlsberg Beer Penguin Campaign

After a raucous and gratifying Super Bowl of great football and mediocre ads, I am moving on.  Here's a fun ad campaign that I missed - the Carlsberg Penguin Campaign - which is a year old.  There are tons of short takeoffs on the intitial spot shown below.  I have included one other subsequent 10 second spot.  They are meant to look homemade, but they are still amusing - animals have that effect.  I had no idea that penguins were so good at ping pong.

Big Idea for Guinness

Ad watchers may be familiar with Guinness advertising.. it's rarely humble.  In addition to the beautiful beer pour shot, there's always a clever idea.  In this case Guinness introduces a new tag line to its advertising - Bring It to Life.  This ad is BIG BUCKS and big thinking with some nice visual tricks.
