Most Watched YouTube Video You Never Heard of?

What's the most watched Internet video of all time?  This one could be any day now.  You have probably never heard of it the rapper who created it, PSY, or the video called Gangnam Style.  It was posted July 15 of this year and it has almost 468 MILLION hits.  Insane.  That's in three months.  I kept checking the YouTube site to try to make sure it wasn't a prank site.

It's a testament to the power of a great video.  It's social commentary from South Korea about the new rich, and the area where they live - Gangnam.  But it works in any language and it has caught on in dance clubs, sorrorities and fraternities around the counry which are big cultural influencers.  The sky is the limit.

Jimmy Fallon Call me Maybe? Blowing the Roof off YouTube

Jimmy Fallon and Carly Rae Jepson kick ass singing Call Me Maybe on YouTube topping 2.65M hits, despite Fallon's mediocre (at best) voice.  Not too shabby.  Jimmy Fallon is a singing nut!

Get Crackin Pistachio Campaign: Funny Stuff

The new Get Crackin' campaign for Pistachios hits the air this week.  Our old friend Mr. Bill returns for a new round of torture.

Then we see our old friend, YouTube viral phenom - THE Honey Badger.... what a way to get your pistachio.  They also use the sassy voice over from the YouTube Honey Badger video.

Perhaps the weakest link in the campaign is KeyBoard Cat.  Another ode to Viral Video phenoms.... The attempt here would seem to be touching every generation.Creative campaign.

The Winklevoss Twins make an appearance....  you may remember them from their suit against Facebook 'Founder' Mark Zuckerberg, claiming they came up with the idea initially.

Funny, simple and the product is the star.  You are going to remember that this campaign is about PISTACHIOS, aren't you?
