Great videographers can raise a subject from boring to interesting. Here's a shooter named Matthew Brown who was stunned by what he found on a visit to Israel. You can tell by the video. It's great work. Nice work of color, texture, and contrast.

Naturally the editor has a lot to do with the movment and speed of the interplay of the footage, but nothing happens if the videographer doesn't fill the tank with great footage.
